𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀?

Last week, on my flight to Cyprus I felt an urge to meditate, as if something or someone was calling me. As I closed my eyes I found myself walking through the clouds on a path of light, surrounded by members on the bird tribe, standing side by side, wings touching each other’s.

𝙄𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙧 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙄 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙡, 𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙝 𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙡𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙪𝙥𝙤𝙣. 𝙒𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙞𝙧𝙙 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙬𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙚 𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙡𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙪𝙥 𝙩𝙤𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙖𝙡𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙞𝙩.

On the other side I stopped to adjust my eyes. The light on the other side was so bright it took me a while to see the bright light being waiting for me to acknowledge her presence.

As I started to se her she stepped closer and welcomed me. The love and light she radiated brought tears to my eyes and I asked her who she was.

“𝕋𝕙𝕖𝕠𝕕𝕠𝕣𝕒”

she answered. A strange name that doesn’t mean anything to me so I asked again what she was. She said she was my over soul (I still have to explore what that means).

After that she showed me how the upgrades from my latest healing session was pulsating under my skin and told me about the importance of blending the four elements to balance the attunement. She specifically told me to 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙢𝙮 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙢𝙡𝙮 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙙, 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙣 𝙞𝙣 𝙢𝙮 𝙚𝙮𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙮 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨.

The upcoming week I followed her guidance and spent hours balancing and blending earth, air, fire and water.

A few days later I told my mentor about it and she googled the name Theodora and this is what she found:

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐚 (𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐤: Θεοδώρα, 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐝𝐨̄𝐫𝐚) 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐞, 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 θεός, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐬, "𝐠𝐨𝐝" 𝐚𝐧𝐝 δῶρον, 𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐧, "𝐠𝐢𝐟𝐭".

A gift from The Goddess is my personal interpretation of that, and how fun that it was a Greek name when I was on my way to Greek speaking Cyprus 🤩

From this moment on I will always try to listen and honor when I am being called into meditation by something, to receive the gift of the present. Opening up to the small sensations of the body, being aware of the nuances in the energy around me, trusting that there’s a message to be received. Right now.

𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙛 𝙬𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙞𝙫𝙚.
